My technical journey didn’t start in a repair shop; it started in Great Lakes, IL, where I trained as an Electronics Technician for the U.S. Navy. In the Navy, ‘it doesn’t work’ isn’t an option. I spent years maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-stakes electronic systems where precision and reliability were the only standards.
After my time in the service, I realized that many home users and small businesses in the Valdosta area were being left behind by big-box tech support and other companies charging more for less service. I founded Anchor Computing to bring that same military-grade attention to detail to my neighbors.
